Have been going to Loyola for many years and several cars, and have complete trust in them..they do awesome work and don't try to sell you anything you don't really need.

I am so impressed with Loyola Service for a number of reasons! When one calls to inquire about service, there are two expert mechanics manning the phones and that respond to concerns and questions pronto. They have years of experience which saves time in identifying an issue, booking an appointment, or identifying a non-issue, no appointment needed. A routine oil change delivered pictures of each aspect of the various safety checks to validate their findings. A comfortable lounge to wait for service being done is much appreciated. Nice to know there is a 5 mile radius pick up service if one needs a ride to their facility, which I used. RIGHT next door is Hawk Towing Service, which one needs exactly next to Loyola Car Service for any repairs. As I waited for an oil change, I was amazed at the number of cars and trucks streaming into their lot for service. They all know honest, quality service---and I do too!

First class work, excellent diagnostic service,great communication,timely responses. If only the rest of the world was this customer supportive. Everyone I the shop is well trained and worked efficiently with customer costs in mind. I have been in the racing and Motorsports industry for over 40 years. I recognize quality. Alex was the technician that handled my business. You cannot get better service…... Anywhere ! It does not get much better than this. I will definitely return with additional work and definitely refer them to friends and business associates.
